This dish is really elegant. This is totally yummy and comes from Rita Boyer, a co worker of my sister, Sherry. You can't have too many recipies for chicken. You can easily double, triple or however many you need for this.

Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons parmesean cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried sweet basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- - wine sauce
- - remaining butter
- 1/4 cup white wine (i like chardonnay)
- 1/4 cup scallions chopped, green parts too
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
How To Make country style chicken kiev

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2melt butter.

Step 3Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt.

Step 4Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumbs. Reserve butter

Step 5Place chicken in oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes,or until tender.

Step 6Menwhile add wine, green onions, and parsley to butter. Probably have about 1/2 cup.

Step 7When chicken is golden brown, pour sauce over and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes,or until sauce is hot.
