- 1 can (150z.) butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 jar your favorite pasta sauce or 2 jars
- 10 ounces potatoes, peeled and thin chopped
- - optional: serve with toasted sourdough and drizzle of olive oil. a garnish of watercress leaves is lovely, too!
