1 ccornflakr crumbs
1 1/2 tspseasoned salt
3 lbchicken pieces, rinsed and dried
1/2 cevaporated milk
2 Tbspbutter, melted
How to Make CORNFLAKE CRISPY CHICKEN
- Combine cornflake crumbs and seasoned salt. Dip chicken in evaporated milk and coat with cornflake mixture. Place in single layer, skin side up, in shallow baking pan, covered with cooking spray. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Do not turn chicken while baking. Makes about 8 servings.
