Made this in Air Fryer,warning this is addicting smell good and is moist make a pasta or potato salad or just a regular salad or make a dip for side dish like taco dip

Ingredients For cornflake breaded ranch chicken in air fryer

  • 1 pkg
    boneless skinless chicken
  • 2 or more c
    cornflakes
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 1-2
    eggs

How To Make cornflake breaded ranch chicken in air fryer

  • 1
    Thaw chicken,put cornflakes in resealable plastic bag roughly crush cereal in bag,add Ranch can use part of packet may need to adjust to your liking

    Coat chicken with egg wash then in cornflakes place in pan for Air Fryer or oven
  • 3
    Air Fryer 350' for 20 minutes may need to adjust cooking time per air fryer * if you don't add enough seasoning won't taste it
