  • 21/2 lb
    cut up chicken
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    seasoning salt
  • 2 tsp
    fresh, coarsley ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder

How to Make Broiled Coriander Chicken


  1. Place chicken, skin side down, on broiler rack.
    Combine remaining ingredients and brush over chicken pieces.
    Broil 7 to 8 inches from heat for 15 minutes.
    Turn chicken and brush with remaining seasoned oil and broil
    15 to 20 minutes, or until juices run clear.
