- olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 Tbsp
- seasoning salt
- 2 tsp
- fresh, coarsley ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp
- onion powder
Combine remaining ingredients and brush over chicken pieces.
Broil 7 to 8 inches from heat for 15 minutes.
Turn chicken and brush with remaining seasoned oil and broil
15 to 20 minutes, or until juices run clear.
