1This recipe came from Everyday Food Magazine. We had it with baked chicken the other night and I think it is going to be a favorite because it is so light and would work great in fish tacos and with other foods--ribs, steak, etc.

- 4 cups shredded cabbage and carrots (or 1 package coleslaw mix)
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
How To Make coleslaw

Step 1Dress cabbage mixture with salt and pepper, olive oil, and vinegar, then toss.
