Tis is a great recipe for Weight Watchers only 4 points. This is delicious served with long grain and wild rice mixture. It's quick and easy- and oh so moist and delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 - boneless,skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges,drained and diced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons reduced sugar orange marmalade
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make cinnamon orange chicken

Step 1Flatten breasts to 1/4-inch thickness and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Spray a large skillet that the chicken will fit in and spray the pan with non stick cooking oil. Place over medium heat.

Step 2Add chicken and cook 4 to 5 minutes until golden and no more pink.Add remaining ingredients cook 4 to 5 minutes to heat through. Serve sauce over chicken and rice. check out my "seasoned rice mix / pat duran"
