Ciao Bella Balsamic Grilled Chicken

I came up with recipe because I wanted something I could marinade the day before or the morning of the day I would be grilling. All the work is done ahead of time. All that's left is the grilling.
How to Make Ciao Bella Balsamic Grilled Chicken
- 1Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, italian seasoning and dijon mustard.
- 2Pour marinade over chicken in a zip top bag. Refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Grill over direct heat for about 7 minutes per side.
- 3This marinade can easily be doubled or tripled for family size packages of chicken.
I filet my chicken so it cooks more evenly.
