Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mayo (can use light)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 4 tablespoons chutney (your choice - mango, etc.)
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 can 8.25 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup celery, minced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped

Step 1Combine mayo through salt and mix well - set aside.

Step 2In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour dressing over top and gently mix. Chill in the refrigerator.
