    mayo (can use light)
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 4 Tbsp
    chutney (your choice - mango, etc.)
  • 1/2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated lime rind
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 c
    cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 can(s)
    8.25 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c
    celery, minced
  • 1/2 c
    thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c
    salted peanuts, chopped

How to Make Chutney Chicken Salad


  1. Combine mayo through salt and mix well - set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour dressing over top and gently mix. Chill in the refrigerator.
