chutney, chicken, & gouda sandwich
No need to get stuck in a sandwich rut. This chutney sandwich with a crisp apple slice is a light and satisfying sandwich. I found the recipe in a local grocery store magazine as a "lunchbox makeover". This healthy sandwich (only 321 calories) is great tasting and something different!

Ingredients
- 1 package honey wheat sandwich thins bread
- 6 tablespoons chutney (major grey's)
- 12 ounces oven roasted chicken breast (sliced from deli)
- 6 slices smoked gouda cheese
- 1 - apple (thinly sliced)
- 6 - pieces of red or green lettuce leaf

Step 1For each sandwich, spread cut side of bottom half of Sandwich Thin with chutney. Layer chicken, cheese, apple slices, and lettuce, over chutney. Top with remaining half of bread.
