No need to get stuck in a sandwich rut. This chutney sandwich with a crisp apple slice is a light and satisfying sandwich. I found the recipe in a local grocery store magazine as a "lunchbox makeover". This healthy sandwich (only 321 calories) is great tasting and something different!
honey wheat sandwich thins bread
chutney (major grey's)
oven roasted chicken breast (sliced from deli)
smoked gouda cheese
apple (thinly sliced)
pieces of red or green lettuce leaf
How To Make
For each sandwich, spread cut side of bottom half of Sandwich Thin with chutney. Layer chicken, cheese, apple slices, and lettuce, over chutney. Top with remaining half of bread.
