Ingredients

2 tsp
minced garlic

sliced green onions
3 Tbsp
canola oil

ready cooked, perdue chicken breast, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
1 c
favorite salsa

6 oz pkg baked tortilla chips
8 oz
reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
1
tomato, diced
light sour cream for garnish

How to Make Chillin chicken nachos

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet, over medium heat, cook garlic, and green onions in oil until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken, salt and pepper. Stir in salsa.
  • 2Arrange tortilla chips on baking sheet. Spoon chicken mix over chips. Top w/ cheese and tomato. Bake 10 mins, or until cheese is melted. Serve topped w/ sour cream dollops.
