I love these nachos. They're very tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 6 - sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 - ready cooked, perdue chicken breast, shredded
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup favorite salsa
  • 1 - 6 oz pkg baked tortilla chips
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
  • 1 - tomato, diced
  • - light sour cream for garnish

How To Make chillin chicken nachos

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet, over medium heat, cook garlic, and green onions in oil until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken, salt and pepper. Stir in salsa.
  • Step 2
    Arrange tortilla chips on baking sheet. Spoon chicken mix over chips. Top w/ cheese and tomato. Bake 10 mins, or until cheese is melted. Serve topped w/ sour cream dollops.
