chili yogurt chicken
This has become a staple at all our family BBQ's. We serve the breasts on a bun with lettuce, tomato and onion, some put on mayo while others prefer a southwest sauce. Note: This requires a 24 hour rest in the fridge so it's a make ahead meal. Also this is a picture of legs which is also great. was originally a Racquel Ray recipe

Ingredients
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 8-10 legs)
- 8 ounces plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 - 2 tablespoons chilli powder
How To Make chili yogurt chicken

Step 1Mix chili powder and yogurt together and pour over chicken breasts to coat.

Step 2Put in fridge for 24 hours. Turning every couple of hours.

Step 3Remove from fridge and light grill

Step 4when grill is hot or coals ready. cook until no longer pink. Serve on buns or as a meat entree.
