This has become a staple at all our family BBQ's. We serve the breasts on a bun with lettuce, tomato and onion, some put on mayo while others prefer a southwest sauce.
Note: This requires a 24 hour rest in the fridge so it's a make ahead meal. Also this is a picture of legs which is also great. was originally a Racquel Ray recipe

Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 8-10 legs)
8 oz
plain or vanilla yogurt
1 - 2 Tbsp
chilli powder

How to Make Chili Yogurt Chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix chili powder and yogurt together and pour over chicken breasts to coat.
  • 2Put in fridge for 24 hours. Turning every couple of hours.
  • 3Remove from fridge and light grill
  • 4when grill is hot or coals ready. cook until no longer pink. Serve on buns or as a meat entree.
