chili yogurt chicken

This has become a staple at all our family BBQ's. We serve the breasts on a bun with lettuce, tomato and onion, some put on mayo while others prefer a southwest sauce. Note: This requires a 24 hour rest in the fridge so it's a make ahead meal. Also this is a picture of legs which is also great. was originally a Racquel Ray recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 8-10 legs)
  • 8 ounces plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons chilli powder

How To Make chili yogurt chicken

  • Step 1
    Mix chili powder and yogurt together and pour over chicken breasts to coat.
  • Step 2
    Put in fridge for 24 hours. Turning every couple of hours.
  • Step 3
    Remove from fridge and light grill
  • Step 4
    when grill is hot or coals ready. cook until no longer pink. Serve on buns or as a meat entree.
