My boyfriend was a fan of these! And they look so adorable :)Great served with taco fixings like sour cream, guac, etc. If desired, sprinkle with cheese and bake until meleted during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound cooked chicken breast (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 2 small yellow squash
- 1 medium green or red bell pepper
- 1 cup corn kernels, frozen
- 1 - jalapeno (optional)
- 3/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 24 - square wonton wrappers
How To Make chili chicken wonton cups

Step 1Dice up the cooked chicken, yellow squash, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Combine in a large bowl with the corn, marinara sauce, and spices. Set aside.

Step 2Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 3Prepare a muffin tin with nonstick spray. Line with 2 wonton wrappers in each well, overlapping them to create a “cup.”

Step 4Fill each wonton cup with the mixture. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. If desired, add shredded cheese during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
