Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup chicken meat, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon wine
- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
- 3 cups zucchini, coarsely shredded
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make chicken with zucchini

Step 1Slice and prepare chicken, zucchini, and bamboo shoots.

Step 2Marinate chicken in soya sauce, wine, and salt.

Step 3Place oil in wok, heat to smoking point, stir chicken in it for 3 minutes until all sides of chicken are seared white.

Step 4Add zucchini, bamboo shoots, 3/4 cup water, 2 teaspoons sugar.

Step 5Cook on medium high heat for 7 1/2 minutes.

Step 6Zucchini should be very tender by this time, liquid in wok should have been absorbed by vegetables and reduced to very little in the wok.

Step 7Pour into serving dish.

Step 8VARIATION: Pork can be substituted for chicken, but cooked longer.
