Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut in bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chopped sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1 pound button mushrooms
- 3 cups white wine (can substitute chicken broth)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- - salt and pepper
How To Make chicken with sun-dried tomatoes

Step 1Heat the oil in a large fryer pan, add the onion and cook until translucent.

Step 2Add garlic and chicken. Cook until brown.

Step 3Add the wine and bring to a slight boil.

Step 4Add the mushroom, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook until the wine reduces to half.
