This easy and delish wings recipe was shared by a New York friend about 15 years ago when I visited.

Doesn't get easier than this!!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle
    lee kum kee chicken marinade teriuaki (14 oz)
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1 tsp
    toasted sesame seed, optional
  • 2 lb
    chicken wings or your favorite meat

How to Make Chicken Wings "Lee Kum Kee" Way

Step-by-Step

  1. Over a medium heat and in a large pot combine marinade, water, sugar, oil, pepper flakes and sesame seed.
  2. Add 2 lbs of chicken wings or your favorite meat. Bring to a simmer and simmer until done, approximately 18 minutes.
  3. Serve with oven fries and celery sticks. I always use Bonnie Dares recipe for BONNIE'S BEST OVEN BAKED FRIES AND POTATO WEDGES If you try em you won't ever go back to fried again!
