I wrote this recipe thinking of the time, when I was at the mall eating my favorite Greek sandwich. I loved it so much, that I decided to blend the flavors together for this dish. It turned out to be very light and refreshing.

  • 1 c
    cucumber peeled/diced
  • 1 sprig(s)
    fresh dill
  • 1/2 c
    plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    black greek olives pitted/chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    black olive brine
  • 1 Tbsp
    greek seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 lb
    raw chicken wings

How to Make Chicken Wings In Greek Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees for 15 mins. Spray your baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place wings. Salt/pepper to taste. Bake for 1 hour.
  2. Add yogurt in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Add remaining ingredients into a blender. Process until thoroughly blended. Combine contents to the yogurt and mix by using a spoon or wire whisk.
  4. Coat cooked wings in sauce and serve.
