I make my own crust from a recipe that a friend gave me. You can use store bought or your own if you have one. This recipe is really easy and takes no time to put together which is great for me since I'm a wife, mother of two young children and a full time college student.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    or small ball of pizza dough
  • 1 c
    alfredo sauce
  • 1 pkg
    sliced provelone cheese (usually 12 slice packages such as sargento)
  • 1 1/2-2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    fresh spinach
  • 2
    grilled chicken breast such as tyson chicken breast fillets cut into chunks

How to Make Chicken White Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Spread dough on a 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. (This is if you are using a homemade pizza dough recipe)take out of oven. If using packaged pizza dough follow directions on package. Spread Alfredo sauce on dough as you would regular pizza sauce. Add spinach leaves spreading them over top of the sauce. Cover with provolone slices and shredded mozzarella cheeses. Top with sliced grilled chicken. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350.
