we like veggies and try to always eat healthy too when I looked at kabobs at the store they never looked as good as I wanted so I made my own my way now it is a favorite during the Summer as we only cook them on the grill.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
  • 1 - green bell pepper
  • 1 - sweet onion
  • 1 box grape tomatoes
  • 1 box mushrooms
  • 1 bottle italian dressing
  • 1 - yellow bell pepper
  • 1 - red bell pepper

How To Make chicken veggie kabobs

  • Step 1
    soak in Italian dressing, chicken and veggies in two different bowls let set an hour then thread skewers with chicken cut in chunks, 3 tomatoes, chunks of onion, chunks of bell pepper and about 3 mushrooms. Thread them as you wish. Put on grill and during the cooking spread more dressing on them. cook till chicken is done.
