I got this recipe from one of my Aunts. She brought this dish over after my Father's funeral. I have made it several times over the years and have shared it with family and friends. It's a big hit!

Ingredients
- - broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, carrots, or preferred vegetables, cooked
- 1 pound chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- - milk
- - shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make chicken vegetable casserole

Step 1Cook chicken and cut into pieces (bite-sized).

Step 2Layer vegetables in a 13 x 9 pan.

Step 3Layer chicken pieces over vegetables.

Step 4Mix can of mushroom soup with 1/3 soup can of milk and pour over the top of the chicken.

Step 5Sprinkle cheese over top of casserole. Bake at 375º for approximately ½ hour. Let set 5 minutes and serve.
