How to Make Chicken Vegetable Casserole
- 1Cook chicken and cut into pieces (bite-sized).
- 2Layer vegetables in a 13 x 9 pan.
- 3Layer chicken pieces over vegetables.
- 4Mix can of mushroom soup with 1/3 soup can of milk and pour over the top of the chicken.
- 5Sprinkle cheese over top of casserole. Bake at 375º for approximately ½ hour. Let set 5 minutes and serve.
