  • 3 large
    chicken breast (shredded)
  • PRODUCE

  • 4 large
    carrots
  • 4 stalk(s)
    celery
  • 1 large
    onion
  • LIQUIDS

  • 6 c
    chicken broth
  • PASTA

  • 1 pkg
    tortellini, cheese stuffed
  • SEASONINGS

  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning

How to Make Chicken Tortellini Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up carrots, celery, and onions and place them in a large boiler.
  2. Shred precooked chicken (I had some leftover), place in boiler with veggies.
  3. Add 6 cups of chicken broth to boiler
  4. Add seasonings to boiler
  5. Turn on stove top to medium high and cook for about 20 minutes.
  6. Add tortellini and cook for additional 10 minutes
  7. Let cool for about 5 minutes and serve alone, with crackers or bread.
