Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup italian salad dressing
- 8 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can condensed cream of ,undiludedchicken soup
- 1 bag frozen broccoli florets,thawed
- 1(8oz) package low fat cream cheese,cubed
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/2 cup water
- - olive oil, extra virgin for fry
- - salt and pepper
How To Make chicken tetrazzini my way (in a crock pot)

Step 1Sprinkle the chicken with spices and fry on oil until light brown. Add dressing and pour to the crock pot slow cooker. Cook for 1 hour on high.

Step 2Fry the one cup of onion and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add broccoli, soup, water, cream cheese and sherry.

Step 3Transfer the mushroom and onion mixture to the chicken in the slow cooker and cook for 2-3 hours.Serve with noodles or over rice.
