Ingredients
- 2/3 cup light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons canned chopped mild green chilies, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 12 medium taco shells, warmed
- 4 cups cooked, chopped chicken (taco seasoning to taste)
- 3/4 cup shredded mexican cheese
- 1/2 cup lettuce (i use fesh spinach)
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
How To Make chicken tacos with salsa verde cream

Step 1Comine the sour cream, chiles, cilantro, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Step 2Put oil in a frying pan and çook chopped chicken in taco seasoning to taste.

Step 3Fill the taco shells with equal amounts of chicken, cheese, lettuce/spinach and tomato; top with 2 tablessons of sour cream mixture.
