I found this in weight watchers "Make it in minutes" cookbook.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons canned chopped mild green chilies, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 12 medium taco shells, warmed
  • 4 cups cooked, chopped chicken (taco seasoning to taste)
  • 3/4 cup shredded mexican cheese
  • 1/2 cup lettuce (i use fesh spinach)
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped

How To Make chicken tacos with salsa verde cream

  • Step 1
    Comine the sour cream, chiles, cilantro, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Step 2
    Put oil in a frying pan and çook chopped chicken in taco seasoning to taste.
  • Step 3
    Fill the taco shells with equal amounts of chicken, cheese, lettuce/spinach and tomato; top with 2 tablessons of sour cream mixture.
