I was trying to decide what to make for dinner one nite when it came to me chicken tacos thought of everythinggood n healthy to put in it n did. Family loves it I make it at least once a week.

  • 4
    chicken breast
  • 4
    bell peppers one of each color
  • 1
  • 1 box
    chicken flavored rice
  • 1 pkg
    whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 clove
    garlic to taste



  1. dice up the peppers and onion mince the garlic and set to the side
  2. start rice fix as directed on box
  3. cut up chicken in bite size pieces season/w salt and pepper cook till almost done add peppers and onion and garlic, shredd chicken in pan as it cooks with your spatchula cook till peppers are tender and chicken is done. on med heat
  4. once everything is done warm up tortillas add rice and chicken and cheese then enjoy
