Ingredients

boxone box stove top stuffing
-
clove4 to 5 cloves of garlic

largeone large onioun
-
c1/4 cups green,red, yellow peppers
-
pkg1 8oz package mushrooms your choice
-
medium3 medium size skinless boneless chicken breast
-
large4 large bell peppers your choice color
-
c2 cups chopped frozen spinich thawed and drained
-
scoop(s)4 table spoons mayo
-
pkg1 package shreded parmesan cheese

small1 small tomatoe
How to Make Chicken stuffed peppers
- Cut tops off of peppers save the ring around the stem to use in filling. Wash and drain the inside. Now take the saved tops along with the onioun,garlic,and Mushrooms chop all into small cubes. Add 2 table spoons Olive oil heat and saute untill tender.Add you spinch at this time. Cut Chicken into bite size small chunks and add to veggies. Continue to saute untill chicken is cooked all the way through. While you are doing this stage add your choice of seasons.
