4-6chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, cut into bite sized pieces
16 ozsour cream (fat free works too!)
1 pkgdry onion soup mix
1 pkgegg noodles, no-yolk variety
How to Make Chicken Stroganoff
- Put raw diced chicken, sour cream, and onion soup mix into crockpot. I usually stir the sour cream and onion soup mix together in a bowl first and add once it's combined.
- Set crockpot on high and cook for 3 hours stirring occasionally...it will look curdled before you stir. NO WORRIES!!! You can also set it on low in the morning and it'll be ready by dinner time!
- Cook egg noodles separately until tender. Serve finished chicken stroganoff over drained noodles! Enjoy :)
