canola oil
celelry stalks, chopped.
carrots, cut diagonally
1-1/2 lb
bonless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 Tbsp
3/4 c
orange juice
3 Tbsp
lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp
1 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 c
cashews, chopped
1/4 c
green onions, cut diagonally

How to Make Chicken stir-fry w/ cashews


  • 1Heat 1 tsp oil in wok or lg skillet over high heat. Add carrots and celery, stir fry 3 mins. Add remaining oil to skillet. Add chicken and stir fry for 5 mins.
  • 2In bowl, dossolve cornstarch in orange juice until smooth. Stir in soy sauce, honey and ginger. Add sauce to skillet.
  • 3Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened. Sprinkle w/ cashews and green onions.
