Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 - celelry stalks, chopped.
- 2 - carrots, cut diagonally
- 1-1/2 pound bonless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup cashews, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, cut diagonally
How To Make chicken stir-fry w/ cashews

Step 1Heat 1 tsp oil in wok or lg skillet over high heat. Add carrots and celery, stir fry 3 mins. Add remaining oil to skillet. Add chicken and stir fry for 5 mins.

Step 2In bowl, dossolve cornstarch in orange juice until smooth. Stir in soy sauce, honey and ginger. Add sauce to skillet.

Step 3Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened. Sprinkle w/ cashews and green onions.
