chicken spinach stroganoff
This recipe was a delicious twist on stroganoff, and a lot lighter. Plus the added spinach makes it a one pot meal! We served our over whole wheat wide egg noodles.

Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon garlic pepper
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 4 ounces fresh baby spinach
How To Make chicken spinach stroganoff

Step 1Put everything in the slow cooker, but the spinach and yogurt.

Step 2Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.

Step 3Loosely break the chicken into serving size pieces and turn the slow cooker off and add yogurt and spinach.

Step 4Serve over noodles.
