Ingredients
- 1 pound ground white meat chicken or ground white meat turkey, preferably organic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 - red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 can peeled tomatoes, no salt added
- 2 tablespoons bbq sauce, organic
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/3 cup chicken broth, no salt added
- 1 tablespoon poultry spice
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 4 - onion rolls, bakery or any favorite bun/rolls
How To Make chicken sloppy joes

Step 1Drizzle olive oil in sauté pan, add chopped onion & garlic, cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add chicken breast, poultry seasoning and cook thoroughly breaking up chicken into small pieces while cooking and stirring occasionally

Step 2Meantime purée tomatoes with juice, add remaining ingredients and blend well to make sauce. Pour over chicken and sauté together for 5 - 10 minutes.

Step 3Slice onion rolls and toast.

Step 4Scoop sloppy joe mixture onto roll. Add cheese if desired and serve.
