Ingredients

  • ·
    1 whole cut up chicken
  • 6 slice
    bacon, uncooked
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 2 c
    chopped cabbage
  • 1 c
    16 oz. tomato (quartered)
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Chicken Skillet Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Fry bacon. Take out. Add chicken, brown. Push chicken to side. Add onions and celery. Cook. Add cabbage. Remove excess oil. (Mix). All- add tomatos- boil hight, then simmer until done. Crumble bacon over top. Service over rice. 2 Cups.
