Ingredients
- 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 - links, fully-cooked chicken sausage, cut into 1/4" slices
- 1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chiles, not drained
- 3 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups frozen cut okra
- 1-1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 - green bell pepper, seeded, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
How To Make chicken-sausage gumbo

Step 1Season chicken w/ salt & pepper, place in slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients and stir. Cover, cook on high for 4 hrs, or on low for 7 hrs. Remove chicken and place in lg bowl. Shred each piece w/ fork. Return shredded chicken to slow cooker. Serve.
