Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, minced
- 2 - celery ribs, chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 2-3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1Cook chicken and chop.

Step 2Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Step 3Use as a sandwich or add a scoop to leaf lettuce. Serve along with tomatoes or your choice of veggies.
