2chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1 Tbspbutter

1/2onion, finely chopped

1/4 craisins
-
3/4 crice, cooked

1 Tbspchopped parsley

1 tspcurry powder

1/2 tsppoultry seasoning

1 tspbrown sugar
-
1/16 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspoil
-
1/2 cwhite wine
-
1 tspchicken bouillon granules
How to Make Chicken Rolls
- Pound chicken breasts to about 3/5 inch thick, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Melt butter add onion and saute til soft, add next 7 ingredients and mix well. - Place 1/4 of the stuffing mixture on each breast. Roll and fasten with a tooth pick. Heat oil to med. temp. Add rolled chicken and brown all over. Add wine and bouillon. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until a fork can be inserted easily.
