Ingredients
- 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup rice, cooked
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
How To Make chicken rolls

Step 1Pound chicken breasts to about 3/5 inch thick, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt butter add onion and saute til soft, add next 7 ingredients and mix well.

Step 2Place 1/4 of the stuffing mixture on each breast. Roll and fasten with a tooth pick. Heat oil to med. temp. Add rolled chicken and brown all over. Add wine and bouillon. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until a fork can be inserted easily.
