1Pound chicken breasts to about 3/5 inch thick, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Melt butter add onion and saute til soft, add next 7 ingredients and mix well.
2Place 1/4 of the stuffing mixture on each breast. Roll and fasten with a tooth pick. Heat oil to med. temp. Add rolled chicken and brown all over. Add wine and bouillon. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until a fork can be inserted easily.
