This is a good chicken recipe. Most of the stuff is found easily in your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup rice, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules

How To Make chicken rolls

  • Step 1
    Pound chicken breasts to about 3/5 inch thick, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt butter add onion and saute til soft, add next 7 ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Place 1/4 of the stuffing mixture on each breast. Roll and fasten with a tooth pick. Heat oil to med. temp. Add rolled chicken and brown all over. Add wine and bouillon. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until a fork can be inserted easily.
