    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
  • 3/4 c
    rice, cooked
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/16 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    white wine
  • 1 tsp
    chicken bouillon granules

How to Make Chicken Rolls


  1. Pound chicken breasts to about 3/5 inch thick, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Melt butter add onion and saute til soft, add next 7 ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place 1/4 of the stuffing mixture on each breast. Roll and fasten with a tooth pick. Heat oil to med. temp. Add rolled chicken and brown all over. Add wine and bouillon. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until a fork can be inserted easily.
