Chicken & Roasted Peppers

1 pkgchicken thighs, skinless, boneless (6 thighs)
2bell peppers, red & yellow
1 tsplemon pepper
2 tsppoultry seasoning
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspgarlic & herb seasoning mix
How to Make Chicken & Roasted Peppers
- Heat oven to 350.
- Lightly spray baking pan with Pam or cooking oil and
sprinkle lemon pepper in bottom of pan.
- Lay chicken pieces on top of the lemon pepper. Sprinkle other spices over chicken. Cut bell peppers in long strips/fairly wide. Put bell pepper over chicken and in pan.
- Bake uncovered approximately 40-45 min until chicken is just done and peppers are soft and getting dark on edges.
- (The first time I made this I started with chicken that was only partially thawed and baked it for 1 hour and 10 minutes)
