How to Make Chicken & Roasted Peppers
- 1Heat oven to 350.
- 2Lightly spray baking pan with Pam or cooking oil and
sprinkle lemon pepper in bottom of pan.
- 3Lay chicken pieces on top of the lemon pepper. Sprinkle other spices over chicken. Cut bell peppers in long strips/fairly wide. Put bell pepper over chicken and in pan.
- 4Bake uncovered approximately 40-45 min until chicken is just done and peppers are soft and getting dark on edges.
- 5(The first time I made this I started with chicken that was only partially thawed and baked it for 1 hour and 10 minutes)
