Ingredients
- 2 - chicken leg quarters (or breasts if preferred)
- 2 large potatoes-cubed {cooked}
- 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables-cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon onion-finely chopped
- 1 dash salt to taste
- 1 dash pepper to taste
- 1 cup bisquick mix
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make chicken pot pie

Step 1Boil chicken until done (about 45 minutes) Cut or tear into bite size pieces, Boil frozen vegetables in water to cover until heated through and hot. Drain water off. Boil potatoes until done..drain.

Step 2Preheat oven to 450'. In a 2 quart casserole dish; Combine all ingredients except Bisquick and water.

Step 3Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4Mix Bisquick and water until a soft dough forms. Drop spoonfuls on top of pot pie.

Step 5Bake another 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are done.
