Had this at my favorite Italian restaurant and it was super tasty. So here's my rendition.

Ingredients
- 3-4 - chicken breast (can substitute for shrimp or even italian sausage)
- 1 pound box of linguini
- 1 jar basil pesto
- - olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 small jar of favorite marinara or make your own
- - chopped fresh basil
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make chicken pesto ala marinara

Step 1Season chicken and cook in olive oil until done. While cooking chicken cook pasta and heat up marinara. Drain and toss pasta in pesto and freshly chopped basil. Add extra olive oil if to dry. Stir in your marinara sauce. Top with cooked chicken or other favorite meat. Garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
