Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 3 drops tabasco sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed, dried
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
How To Make chicken pecan quiche

Step 1Combine flour, 1 cup cheddar cheese, chopped pecans, salt and paprika. Stir in oil and mix - set aside one quarter of the mixture.

Step 2Press remaining flour mixture in bottom (and up sides) of a 9" quiche dish. Using a fork, prick bottom and sides. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, combine eggs, sour cream, mayo and chicken broth. Stir in chicken, 3/4 cup cheddar, onions, dill and hot sauce and then pour over crust. Top quiche with pecan halves and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
