This is a lightened up version of the traditionally fried chicken Parm recipe. This freezes well and rewarms in the microwave.

Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breast fat trimmed, pounded to approximate same thickness
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce, meatless (or your own home made)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 box fettucine, cooked

How To Make chicken parmesean

  • Step 1
    Pour enough spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a 9x13-baking pan to coat the bottom. Place the chicken on top, top with the rest of the spaghetti sauce and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake covered at 350 for 40-50 minutes until chicken is done. I serve this over fettuccine or spaghetti noodles with a salad.
