This recipe was pass down to my cousins and me from my Aunt Jean. It's something quick, delicious and easy to put together. We always used an electric skillet, I have found the heat is more evenly distributed using that as opposed to a regular skillet on a stove.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless chicken
- 2 cups potatoes
- 3/4 cup onions
- 2 small chicken bouillon cubes in 1 cp boiling water
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons margarine
How To Make chicken parisian

Step 1Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in plastic bag.

Step 2Drop chicken in bag and shake.

Step 3Brown chicken in skillet with margarine

Step 4Add potatoes, onions and broth.

Step 5Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.

Step 6Optional After it is cooked, remove the chicken and potatoes. Add 1 cup of sour cream. Stir in well until sauce is heated, but do not boil.
