This recipe was pass down to my cousins and me from my Aunt Jean. It's something quick, delicious and easy to put together. We always used an electric skillet, I have found the heat is more evenly distributed using that as opposed to a regular skillet on a stove.

Ingredients

3 lb
boneless chicken
2 c
potatoes
3/4 c
onions
2 small
chicken bouillon cubes in 1 cp boiling water
1/3 c
flour
1 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
4 Tbsp
margarine

How to Make Chicken Parisian

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
  • 2Drop chicken in bag and shake.
  • 3Brown chicken in skillet with margarine
  • 4Add potatoes, onions and broth.
  • 5Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
  • 6Optional
    After it is cooked, remove the chicken and potatoes.
    Add 1 cup of sour cream. Stir in well until sauce is heated, but do not boil.
