chicken paprikash

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 6 ounces non fat greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons low fat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
- 4 cups water, for cooking egg noodles
How To Make chicken paprikash

Step 1In a large skillet, brown chicken chunks in olive oil. Once, browned remove chicken from skillet.

Step 2Add onions and garlic to the same skillet and saute for about 5 minutes

Step 3Add in water, bouillon, paprika, and chicken. Cook on low until chicken is done.

Step 4While chicken is simmering, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add in egg noodles, and cook for 6 minutes.

Step 5Once chicken is cooked through, remove skillet from heat and pour in yogurt and sour cream. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add in drained, cooked egg noodles and let simmer for two minutes.
