Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 slice onion, thin rings
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 - skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 4 - english muffins, split and toasted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make chicken melt

Step 1Poke chicken full of holes and marinate chicken in the wine, thyme and rosemary for a little over an hour.

Step 2Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the onion slices in the skillet, sprinkle with garlic powder and sauté until onions are translucent. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3Broil chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side or until juices run clear

Step 4Place a slice of cheese on each breast half and top off with onions. Cool until cheese starts to melt. Serve on toasted English muffin or regular bread.
