Ingredients
- - 3 lb. cut up fryer
- - 1 can tomatoe soup
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - 1 can golden mushroom soup
- - 4 medium sliced onions
- - 1/2 cup white wine
How To Make chicken marengo ( easy low-calorie style )

Step 1If desired remove fat and skin from chicken.

Step 2Put chicken, sliced onions, tomatoe soup, golden mushroom soup and wine into a large casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Do not open oven. Serve with rice.
