Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 package portebello mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic
- 8 SUNDRIED TOMATOES NOT PACKED IN OIL CUT IN HALF
- pinch salt, pepper and crushed pepper and add fresh basil all to your taste then add a cup of madera wine
How To Make chicken madera

Step 1flour chicken lightly then add olive oil to your frying pan, brown chicken on both sides, add garlic artichokes, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes cook and cover for ten minutes then turn chicken and add your madera wine, cover and let simmer for 25 minutes, serve over your favorite pasta
