Ingredients
- 2 large boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup carrots, juliennd
- 1 large red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic, grated... plus 4 cloves chpd
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil (i used 1 tblspn of chili sesame oil n other plain) gave just the rite amt of heat
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce... plus 1 tblspn
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup peas, frozen
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 package canton noodles (i got at asian market)

Step 1MARINATE CHICKEN STRIPS IN A MIXTURE OF 2 TBLSP OF SESAME OIL (OR 1 TBLSPN OF REG SESAME N 1 OF CHILI SESAME OIL) , GRATED GARLIC, 3 TBLSPNS OF OYSTER SAUCE, DRY SHERRY N GRATED GINGER FOR ATLEAST AN HOUR...MORE MEANS MORE FLAVA :)

Step 2IN A HOT WOK COOK CHICKEN...DOES NOT NEED TO BROWN. REMOVE CHICKEN TO A BOWL N COVER WITH FOIL TO KEEP WARM.....KEEP JUICE LEFT BEHIND IN WOK!

Step 3ADD VEGGIES (HOLD BAK ON BEAN SPROUTS N PEAS)TO WOK N ADD 1 TBLSPN OF OYSTER SAUCE N 4 CLOVES OF CHPD GARLIC STIRRN FREQUENTLY. WHILE VEGGIES R COOKN MAKE A SLURRY OF CHICKEN BROTH N CORNSTARCH N ADD TO WOK N BRING TO BOIL N ADD IN CHICKEN... LOWER HEAT.

Step 4BRING POT OF WATER TO BOIL N ADD CANTON NOODLES...MINE TOOK 10 MINUTES TO COOK TO AL DENTE THEN DRAIN. ADD PEAS N BEAN SPROUTS TO VEGGIES N CHICKEN THEN STIR IN 1 TBLSPN OF HOISIN SAUCE.

Step 5POUR CANTON NOODLES INTO WOK N MIX WITH CHICKEN N VEGGIES.....ENJOY :)
