Everytime I tell the kids we're havin' chicken little tacos they get so excited- it's a meal that they all agree on and love to help me make!

Ingredients
- 3 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded jack cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- - 1 dozen mini corn tortillas
- 1/4 - vegetable oil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese(like the kind at the pizza place)
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make chicken little tacos

Step 1HEAT TWO TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER IN A SKILLET. NEXT CUBE YOUR CHICKEN AND ADD TO HOT SKILLET. OVER MED/HIGH HEAT BEGIN TO SHRED YOUR CHICKEN APART WITH METAL SPATULA. WHEN COOKED THROUGH ADD YOUR CHICKEN BROTH, CHEESE AND ALL OF YOUR SEASONINGS( EXCEPT FOR THE PARMESAN.) COMBINE TILL ALL CHEESE IS MELTED AND EVERYTHING IS INCORPORATED. IT WILL LOOK ALL STUCK TOGETHER.

Step 2NOW YOU ARE GOING TO HEAT YOUR OIL IN ANOTHER SKILLET- AND ADD TORTILLAS ONE AT A TIME, JUST TILL FIRM. PUT YOUR GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE ON A PLATE- AND FLOP THE TORTILLA IN IT ON BOTH SIDES, AND SET ASIDE.

Step 3NOW ASSEMBLE ALL OF YOUR TACOS WITH CHICKEN AND WHATEVER TOPPINGS YOU PREFER. ENJOY!!!
