Sometimes I use turkey in this salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound linguini, slightly undercooked
  • 1 pound chicken, chopped and sauteed
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup basil, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped aspargus (cooked or not)
  • 14 ounces jar artichokes hearts, quarted
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, in pieces
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup berstein's italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make chicken linguini salad

  • Step 1
    TOSS LIGHTLY with dressing and oil, using your hands to distribute the goodies from the bottom.
  • Step 2
    Refridgerate overnight.
