Fast, cheap, and healthy! What else can I say? OH! And my family and friends love it! I like adding shredded carrots to the mixture, and I'm sure any other stir fry veggies would work well.

Ingredients
- 1 - teriyaki flavored rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup red pepper- diced
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts -diced
- 1/4 cup bamboo shoots
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 8-12 - bibb lettuce leaves
How To Make chicken lettuce wraps

Step 1Remove meat from chicken and dice small. This should give you about 2 cups

Step 2Heat oil in a large skillet on med-high heat.

Step 3Add chicken and remaining ingredients. Cook until heated through. (about 5 mins)

Step 4Serve with lettuce leaves for wraping
