  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    grated romano cheese or parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp
    snipped fresh chives
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2
    (10 0z) pkg frozen chopped broccoli--thawed & drained
  • 1/2 c
    (bottle) roasted red peppers--drained & sliced
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 c
    marinara sauce

How to Make CHICKEN LASAGNA ROLLS WITH CHIVE CREAM SAUCE

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. COOK NOODLES TO PKG. DIRECTIONS, DRAIN NOODLES, RINSING WITH COLD WATER. CUT EACH NOODLE IN 1/2 CROSSWISE, SET ASIDE.
  2. WHITE SAUCE:

    IN MEDIUM BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE WITH MIXER ON MED. SPEED FOR 30 SECONDS, SLOWLY ADD MILK, BEATING UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN CHEESE & CHIVES
  3. FILLING:

    IN MEDIUM BOWL, STIR TOGETHER 1/2 OF WHITE SAUCE, CHICKEN, BROCCOLI, PEPPERS, BLK. PEPPER. PLACE ABOUT 1/4 C OF FILLING AT END OF EACH COOKED NOODLE & ROLL. ARRANGE ROLLS, SEAM SIDES DOWN IN UNGREASED 3 QT. RECTANGULAR BAKING DISH.
  4. SPOON MARINARA SAUCE OVER ROLLS. SPOON REMAINING WHITE SAUCE OVER MARINARA SAUCE. COVER WITH FOIL. BAKE 35-40 MINS. OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
