1Kebabs: in a plastic bag, combine evoo, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Add chicken, shake well. put in the fridge for 3 hrs
2Sauce: combine all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl,mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hrs
3remove chicken pieces from bag salt & pepper well. Skewer the chicken and onions(you can also add mushrooms and green & red peppers to skewers). Grill chicken for 5 min. on each side, until golden brown and juices of chicken run clear when poked with extra skewer.
4mean while warm Pitas. after chicken is cooked add to warm folded pita and top with lemon pepper yogurt sauce.
5if you choose i like to put it on rice. So make your favorite rice i use white or brown rice(plain), both bring out the lemon pepper yogurt sauce.
