Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breasts,boned,skinned and cut into 1 inch chunks
- 12 - cherry tomatoes
- 2 - small onions, quarted lengthwise
- 1 - large green pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/4 cup oil, preferably olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon whole thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make chicken kabobs

Step 1Thread chicken, tomatoes, onion quarters, and green pepper alternately on six 8 inch skewers. (use wooden skewers if possible), arrange kabobs in a 10 inch round baking dish.

Step 2Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush on kabobs. Microwave, uncovered, at power level high for 9 to 11 1/2 minutes, or until chicken and vegetables are cooked, rearranging the skewers once basting twice with marinade.
