3chicken breasts,boned,skinned and cut into 1 inch chunks
2small onions, quarted lengthwise
1large green pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
1/4 coil, preferably olive oil
2 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbsplemon juice
1/2 tspwhole thyme leaves
How to Make Chicken Kabobs
- Thread chicken, tomatoes, onion quarters, and green pepper alternately on six 8 inch skewers. (use wooden skewers if possible), arrange kabobs in a 10 inch round baking dish.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush on kabobs. Microwave, uncovered, at power level high for 9 to 11 1/2 minutes, or until chicken and vegetables are cooked, rearranging the skewers once basting twice with marinade.
